How much does a water and ice machine cost?
Our flagship IG-1000 leases for $120 a month for 60 months, with your price locked in for the full term. Is it cheaper than bottled water?

Which machine is right for my office?
It mostly comes down to how many people will use it and how much ice you need. The IG-CT 300 is a countertop hot and cold water dispenser built for offices serving 50+ users. The IG-400 CT Ice makes up to 125 lbs of nugget ice a day and is recommended for up to 25 users. The IG-1000 and CP-ACR1620 are full-height machines that each make about 44 lbs of ice a day. What's the difference between nugget, tulip and U-shaped ice?
Nugget ice (IG-400 CT Ice) is soft and chewable, the kind many people love in sodas and iced drinks. Tulip-shaped ice (IG-1000) and U-shaped ice (CP-ACR1620) are firmer cubes that hold up well in drinks.
Do these machines replace bottled water delivery?
Yes. Our systems purify water on site, so there are no jugs to order, store or lift. Call us and we will confirm the right hookup for your space.
How do the machines stay clean?
Each model has built-in sanitation. The IG-1000 uses LED UV lights in both the water tank and the ice bin, plus antimicrobial surfaces and stainless steel tanks. The IG-400 CT Ice and IG-CT 300 have in-tank LED UV and surface protection on touch points. The CP-ACR1620 sterilizes its ice bin with UV light and cleans its water lines by electrolysis every 5 days. The IG-600 has a self-sterilization system.
Which models have touchless dispensing?
The IG-1000 is available with touchless sensor dispensing. The IG-400 CT Ice has a touch-activated sensor, with an optional touchless panel.
What does the IG-400 CT Ice need for installation?
A standard 120V / 60Hz outlet, water pressure between 30 and 70 PSI, and 5 inches of clearance on the sides and back with access from the top. It is drainless and has built-in leak detection. For other models, call us and we will walk you through what your space needs.
